FlytRight is an athletic body-transformation workout program. Originally created by Brandon "the 55 Dunker" Todd, the shortest dunker seen all over the internet, to be able to dunk and teach others to defy gravity. But the workout is so much more. It transformed Brandon from scrawny 120lbs to a solid, strong dunking 200lbs. The training can be used to gain an incredible advantage in any sport.

Most people will dunk in 10-16 weeks, but FlytRight is a 22 week program in total. 2 weeks to get you started… gaining 2-5 inches. Basic is the next 4 weeks, Intermediate another 4 weeks, and Advanced with 6 weeks. There is a Maintenance program thats another 6 weeks that you cycle. 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 6 weeks on and so forth.

If you follow each step of this program week by week you will continually get stronger, and more explosive. Some of the other exercises in the program help you gain and maintain an overall great physique required to play sports at the Professional Level. This training is Brandons exact blueprint of how he defied the odds, and built his frame to nearly 210 lbs of pure muscle with under 5% body fat. He had a stellar high school & college career, averaging 28.4 points per game, and 6.7 assists, and 9.8 rebounds per game.

Some bad moments

This app is amazing if you do what Brandon Todd tells you to do exactly. I am seeing crazy results with just basic imagine what ill see in the advanced programs!!! Get Your FlytRight!!!
The free workouts need more information and detail other than just the videos. The extra workout vids are a bit pricey. Seems like a lot of these reviews are fake based on the similar written usernames.
A little tough at first but if u stick with it, it works out.
Simple, well designed and easy to follow. Its like having a personal trainer with you 24/7. Tons of great exercises and advice. There is no doubt its a lot of hard work but it provides amazing results!!!
Well Im 52 and a half and 13 years old. I have roughly a 30inch vertical right now but I want to improve it. Right now Im doing the basic level training then later on Im going on to the next stage. I feel like I have already gained a couple of inches. I have also gained weight which is a good thing for me because that means Im gaining muscle. I love this app!!
Man im 5ft7in and 14years old and Im one inch from touching a 10ft rim off a standing vertical because of this app I did it for 4 weeks... Thank you so much..
