The app is super easy to use and Im looking forward to results
This is possibly one of the best work out apps Ive ever used I play basketball and baseball and this has got me in great shape my only concern is that there are small errors in the app such as not explaining an exercise very well or the video doesnt match the workout its telling me to do but overall this is an amazing app
If you stay on track with the workouts you will surely increase your vertical. Im barely on day three and my legs are already thanking me.
Just started a few weeks ago, and already starting to notice gains in my jumping. Im 510 and can grab rim with one hand now.
I can dunk with 2 hands now, so I cant wait to see what happens in 2 weeks!
These workouts are absolutely awesome, but even the basic part is hard, and of course its a good point. Because you know and you feel some changes after almost a week. But thia app, is perfect.
